Hi all reader,
my greatest thanks to Sarthi Longani. who provide first time a way to unlock Reliance 3G Tab ie.(zte v9c).my first attempt was with his first blog was unsuccessful.i lost my tabs software and all feature my 3g tab become breaks so SAD.
after too much googling i got new blog of Capt. Sarthi Longani with new firmware that work on my break reliance 3G Tab.my tab start working properly again :) .
here i am sharing my experience with success story with all i tried to root my reliance 3g tab with all procedure and my overview.
lets start with first blog of Capt. Sarthi Longani.
When I first read the blog of Sarthi I downloaded the ROM and all zip file from given ling from Sarthi in their first blog.
Here I am putting my comments with step given by Sarthi.
1. Download the following file on your desktop: http://www.mediafire.com/?hi7rhddjb2j33iv . Extract the contents to a separate folder.
I DOWNLOADED IT GOT DOWNLOADED FINE BUT YOU PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS YOU DOWNLOAD UPDATED ONE WHICH IS MENTIONED LATER.
2. Turn the device off.
OK TURN OFF YOUR DEVICE AS MAY TIME YOU REQUIRED 
3. Press and hold the VOL – button. Without releasing it, press and hold the POWER button also. Do not release any of them for ~15 seconds.
OK IT WORKS FINE YOU WILL GO TO FTA MODE BUT NOTE THAT AFTER APPLYING THIS FLASH YOU CAN GO IN FTA MODE BY REMOVING YOUR BATTERY FROM 3G TAB AND PRESS VOL+ AND VOL- AND CONNECT DEVECE WITH YOUR COMPUTER I HAVE DONE IT WITH WINDOW 7 64 AND 32 BIT ;ON 32 BIT IT WORK FINE.
4. This will take you to the FTM mode. Big letters with white background will appear on the screen.
IT WILL WORK FINE.
5. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable that came along.
6. Open Start menu, right-click on Computer, select Properties. Click on Device Manager (top left).
7. Expand the Ports (COM & LPT) section. You will see a ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface (DFU) entry. Note down the COM port number that appears in front of it.
8. Open the folder you extracted the downloaded file to. Start Sales_MultiDL_MSM7227_patched.exe
9. Choose Option -> Port Config and configure the COM on Line 1 — DIAG to the port number you noted down above. Click OK when finished.
10. If you followed the steps correctly, at 1., you will see your device’s name in the SW box and a READY in green at the right. If not, repeat steps 2-9.
IF READY DON’T COME AFTER FIRST TIME DON’T BOTHER IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME OR YOU CAN PROCEED WITHOUT WAITING IT WILL WORK.
11. Choose “Backup NV” in ‘Action Mode’ and click “Start All”. Wait. Now a file called Channel1.nvm
will be created in that directory, ~70 KB. Make a copy of it somewhere else, e.g. your Documents folder.
PLEASE BACKUP IT WILL HELP IN RECOVERING THE TABS IMEI,WIFI,BLOOTOOTH ADDRESSES.
12. Switch action mode to “Download” and click on “SW Directory”. Choose the “files” folder, which is inside our extracted to directory. Click OK.
GOOD BUT DON’T USE FILE FROM HERE http://www.mediafire.com/?hi7rhddjb2j33iv .
13. Say ‘Jai Mata Di’ and click “Start All”.
I GOT FLASHED MY TAB AND IT START AND AUTO TURN INTO BLANK SCREEN.
14. After 3-4 minutes it should have finished flashing. Disconnect the USB cable and remove the battery from your Tab.
15. Put the battery back after ~10 seconds and power up the device normally, i.e. using only the power button, as you usually do.
Be patient. It will take some time to boot.
IT START AND AUTO TURN INTO BLANK SCREEN.

16. Complete the V9 First Run Wizard. This will assure you that the touchscreen is working.

This will also install ClockWork recovery 4.0.1.4. Later on that.

You now have your tablet working back again. At this stage, it is rooted and unlocked. Congrats!!
GET UNLOACKED BUT TOUCH SCREEN DIDN’T WORK,SCREEN TURNS BLACK AFTER FEW SECONDS.
AFTER APPLYING Capt. Sarthi Longani’S SECOND PATCH MY RELIANCE 3G TAB GET UNLOACKED SUCCESSFULLY.HERE IS STEPS AND MY OBSERVATION.
Instructions: Section One in my previous post. Steps 1 to 16, only, verbatim. Except, usehttp://www.4shared.com/zip/nPK-vai1/Jugaad.html instead of the link mentioned in Step 1. Here is the guide, corrected:
IF NOT FOUND HERE DOWNLOAD FROM HERE(http://mobihungama.com/SOFT/JUGAAD.ZIP)

1. Download the above file on your desktop and extract it.
2. Turn the tablet off.
3. Press and hold the VOL – button. Without releasing it, press and hold the POWER button also. Do not release any of them for ~15 seconds.
4. This will take you either to the FTM mode, in which big letters with white background will appear on the screen, or the ClockWorkMod recovery, if you had installed CM7. Both scenarios are O.K.
5. Connect the device to the computer with any nicely-working micro-USB cable.
11. Choose “Backup NV” in ‘Action Mode’ and click “Start All”. Wait. Now a file called Channel1.nvm will be created in that directory, ~70 KB. Make a copy of it somewhere else, e.g. your Documents folder. This is very important, even though it won’t be used normally. Helps you restore accidentally-lost IMEI.
12. Switch action mode to “Download” and click on “SW Directory”. Choose the “files” folder, which is inside our extracted to directory. Click OK.
13. Say ‘Jai Mata Di’ and click “Start All”.
14. After 3-4 minutes it should have finished flashing. Disconnect the USB cable and remove the battery from your Tab.
15. Put the battery back after ~10 seconds and power up the device normally, i.e. using only the power button, as you usually do.
Be patient. It will take some time to boot. And here on, its a new set.
16. Complete the V9C First Run Wizard. This will assure you that the touchscreen is working.

You will have to add access point specific to your service provider using the android settings menu.

Changes here, with respect to the Original ZTE Firmware:

1. Rooted.
2. Bootloader Unlocked, i.e. full root access.
3. Changed power-on (splash) image.
4. Changed boot animation (removed the irritating Reliance one).
5. Deleted many applications, which came pre-installed as system apps. They can be re-installed through the market.
6. Changed in-built Launcher with Zeam (lighter, faster).
7. Modified partition table. 275 MB of internal memory now.

Everything else remains same.

Side-effects:
over factory-shipped Reliance tablet: none.
over previous CM7 customized tablet: little slow. no CWM

An interesting little hoax is making the rounds on Facebook this morning. According to the viral message, every phone (some versions say SIM card) has a unique name. And, if you enter a particular phrase in a Facebook comment, you can see your phone’s name.

Stick with me, this gets better.

The message reads like this:

Type the last three digits of your number in the comment box below as follows:

@*[123:0]

Then, REMOVE THE STAR and then press enter. You will see your phone’s “name”.

And, whaddaya know, it works. Well, it spits out a name. Mine, for instance was “Daniel Koh”. Let’s think this through a minute.

For starters, the asterisk thing is a complete bunk complication, making the whole thing seem somewhat magical. Type it in, then take it out? Pish. Leave that out entirely.

Also, in the three-digit character string that becomes your phone number’s last three digits, there are only 1000 number possibilities (000-999). So, no way this is about phone numbers.

And, that whole character string shows nothing at all on Google search. Until later today, that is.

So, what is this?

The best theory is this: The three digits in the character string are Facebook account numbers, likely from early account holders (the first 1000) at Harvard, where Facebook launched. The character string in question returns the name associated with that account number.

Let’s check out the name I got: “Daniel Koh”. There is a Daniel Koh on FB. He did attend Harvard. And, thanks to the new Timeline, I can easily see that he joined FB on February 8, 2004 – the month Facebook launched.

And, looking at his profile picture URL tells me his account number (as opposed to his account nickname in the URL). And, indeed, it ends in my phone number’s last three digits.

Bingo. Mystery solved.

So, that character string is not any magical SIM card or phone identifier. Your phone does not have a name.

But, I’ve got a bad feeling that 1000 former Harvard students are about to get popular.

Addition: Reader David Miller points out this string: @[4:0] which nets “Mark Zuckerberg” himself. We also tried numbers 1 through 3, which returned only zeroes. Which leads us to wonder: Did accounts numbered 1 and 2 belong to the Winklevoss Twins?

Are you looking for a job? If yes, then you should definitely keep in mind that it is very necessary for a job seeker to know what a recruiter would like to hear from him/her in a job interview. However, you should never decline to give your best in the job interview; therefore, next time when you attend a job interview, you should definitely be conscious about what you say to the employer. Certain things are there to note about what an employer would like to hear from you. Remember that whatever you utter will surely decide whether you are hired or rejected. Listed below are the things that an employer would love to hear from a job applicant.

1. Highlight your skills

It is very important for you to highlight all the skills that you have learnt from your previous job. Keep in mind that a recruiter would like to hire you based on your skills and not because they like you. Recruiters look for candidates who are very well equipped with the skills and knowledge required for the position. The most important characteristic that every manager would like to see in his subordinate is that they are progressively learning and getting adapted to the job scenario. Therefore next time before attending any job interview, jot down at least two major things that you have learnt from your previous companies so that you can mention them in your interviews.

2. Promising Future

Remember that an employer will surely like to know about your future plans. The most common question to this is – Where do you see yourself in five or six years? Therefore, be prepared before the interview and give a proper answer to this question which will demonstrate the position that you will want to see yourself in future. Based on your answer, the employer will judge the sense of security in employing you.

3. About the Company

It is always advisable for the job seekers to undergo a thorough research about the company before facing a job interview. Recruiters will surely like to see how much time you have invested in your research for the company as this will prove that your focus is on the right place. Also suggest some ideas how you can make things better to increase the productivity of the business. Job seekers should realize the fact that the success of the company is interlinked with their own success; therefore, they should not hesitate to say the right things.

4. Flexible

Recruiters do prefer candidates who are flexible to work overtime and also have an attitude to get accustomed to the changes in the job scenario. If you tell the recruiter that you are flexible that means your behavior is not static. Flexibility also means that you can travel whenever necessary even within a short notice and if the job requires traveling, the recruiter is sure to get impressed. Therefore, do not forget to tell the recruiters that you are quite flexible.

5. Can start immediately

Interviewers tend to get impressed by candidates who can join the organization immediately. Therefore, tell him that you are not considering any other job nor you have any other vacation plan, if you are given the offer you can join the company right away.

Getting frustrated at workplace is one of the major challenges employees often come across. When you are unhappy at work, it will be very difficult to bring out an efficient output. Today’s employers give more importance to qualified works than quantified and to compete with opponents, organizations have to give priority to excellence in their products or services whatever they offer.  How can an often scolded client dealer make a great smile? For better performances, every manager should identify those factors making his team unhappy at work.

According to a new study led by Dr. Nicolas Gillet from the Université François Rabelais in Tours in France, your boss’ management style can make you unhappy at work. The over-ruling manager will be frustrating your basic needs for independence, competency and relatedness while he usually tends to threaten employees to meet the deadline. The study also said, the managers who do not value individuals’ contributions also putting them in frustration. Springer’s Journal of Business and Psychology has published the research results.

Employees’ work place well-being is important for organizations as it may have economic inference. The perceived organizational support and manager’s interpersonal style have major impact on employees’ happiness at workplace, the research results shows.

Most of the employees have more psychological need for autonomy, competence and relatedness and the employees who supported by their managers and organizations are happier and satisfied at work place.

“Our study shows that both organizational and managerial factors have an influence on satisfying or frustrating the basic psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and how we relate to others. We have shown, for the first time, that the fulfillment and frustration of these needs plays a central role in the improvement or reduction of well-being at work. Therefore, to satisfy employees’ needs, supervisors should provide subordinates with options rather than use threats and deadlines, a strategy which could improve their workforce’s well-being,” the authors said in the research conclusion.
